Viscon is strategic alliance partner (Contract Man - ufacturer) with M/s. Henkel Adhesive Technologies India Pvt. Limited for manufacturing of butyl tapes & NVH pads for automotive & home appliances sector in India. These products are applied in side doors, top roof, engine compartment of the vehicle to prevent noise, vibrations, harshening & also used as sealing material inside the vehicle. Major customer spectrum covers Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Morris Garage, Whirlpool & many more. The contract manufacturing facility is spread on 9000 sq.ft area. The facility comprises Extrusion manufacturing having six extrusion lines which shall deliver approx. 25 million products annually, mass & finished goods storage, packaging area with con - trolled environment. This facility shall be engaging 80 employees directly or indirectly & complying stringent quality norms & customer standards defined by Maruti Suzuki, Honda & other leading automotive manufacturers in India.
