Our manufacturing facility and corporate office are located in Chakan, Pune - India’s Industrial hub.
Spread over 40,000 sq ft, our facility has the capacity to process and manufacture 4,000 kgs of rubber components daily. The manufacturing facility is well equipped with intermix, kneader, mixing mills, injection molding, transfer molding and compression molding machines, Pneumatic molding machine, hot feed extruders, Hose Manufacturing Facilities, Hose wrapping unit, Boiler, Gasket cutting machine, Direct Auto Claves, Water jet cutting machine.
All processes at Viscon Rubber Industries are strictly monitored by highly trained quality and process control personnel, and all products are tested to the highest standards by Government accredited institutions as well as its own laboratory. Our in-house R&D division has the capability to develop customized elastomer compounds to suit various applications. Our professional sales and marketing team, duly supported by dedicated warehouse and inventory controllers, has helped establish our brand as among the most preferred in the market.

We make mould with the advanced TEAR and TRIM Technology to produce flashless rubber moulded components.

Customers choosing a custom molding supplier for their next new project should be aware that not all tooling is created equal and design and build quality can vary greatly with the knowledge, experience and commitment of the molder responsible. Perfectly dimensioned finished parts cannot be made without perfect tooling.

Tooling is designed in house by Viscon experts and incorporates the best and latest concepts drawn from the unparalleled rubber molding technical expertise for which we are known
Tooling is fabricated using the best mold making steel grades selected based upon the complexity of the mold design and expectations for production demand . Most molds will be fabricated using P20 or 4140HT tool steel for long term durability. For short run projects only, we can use carbon steel grades 1030-1050 for cost efficiency.
Rubber vulcanization is a unique process and to insure total control over the process Viscon validates all new tooling and processing parameters before any sample parts are submitted to the customer.
Numerous production trials are used to dial in molding parameters pilot parts are dimensionally verified against part drawings with results permanently logged into our mold files and maintained for the life of the mold
Parts are destructively tested to verify the process has been properly established and is in control.
Once validated, materials and process parameters are locked into our unique Work Instruction system. Critical parameters can be easily recalled for every mold, every time a production run is required which yields consistent results every order.
New sample parts can be submitted with PPAP level dimensional reporting and material certification, as required
Tooling, once paid for, is customer property. Customers should be wary of any suppliers that instead of tooling charges try to pass off “setup charges” which fail to provide the customer with rights of tooling ownership.

Testing Facility :
Equipped with all chemical and physical testing facilities as per IS to serve better to the valuable customers. Facilities like tensile testing, hardness, specific gravity, ash content, compression set, water absorptions test, cold chamber, vacuum, burst pressure, rheometer and micro - hardness testing are available.
